Return & Refund Policy

At Simply Electrical, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for orders where the customer has changed their mind or ordered the wrong item.

Defective or Damaged Items: We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video showing the defect or damage

Once verified, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • A replacement item sent at no additional cost

Lost or Undelivered Orders: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time-frame, please contact us and we will investigate with the supplier and provide a resolution.

Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are fulfilled and shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.
